The Fibex™ Bespoke Heavy Duty Engineered Trough Covers come in a variety of bespoke sizes and colours. They are BS EN 124 tested and come in loading classes C250, D400, E600, and F900.
The Fibex™ Heavy Duty Engineered trough covers come in BS EN 124 loading classes C250, D400, E600, and F900. They’re significantly lighter than concrete allowing for easier installation and lower transportation costs.
Our FRP Fibex™ Pultruded Plank covers are suitable for both vehicular (B125) and pedestrian access (A15); exceeding the benefits and mechanical properties of concrete trough covers.
The Fibex™ Heavy Duty Open Mesh trough covers are a robust, lightweight and cost effective product. We offer a precision cutting service at our FRP Processing Centre to meet your exact specifications and a cost-effective installation service. Fibex Composites™ Heavy Duty Open Mesh Trough covers are BS EN 124, B125, C250 tested.
The Fibex™ Heavy Duty Solid Top trough covers are a robust, lightweight and cost effective product. We offer a precision cutting service at our FRP Processing Centre to meet your exact specifications and a cost-effective installation service.
The Fibex™ Solid Top FRP trough covers are BS EN 124, class A15 rated, suitable for weights of up to 1.5 tonnes. Approved to National Grid’s standard specifications.
The Fibex™ Open Mesh FRP trough covers are BS EN 124, class A15 rated, suitable for weights of up to 1.5 tonnes. Approved to National Grid’s standard specifications.
Fibex™ Straight Section Concrete Cable Troughs are available in a range of sizes from 450x450mm to 2700x1500mm and comes in load ratings A15 – F900.
Fibex™ 90° Section Concrete Cable Troughs are available in a range of sizes from 450x450mm to 1000x1000mm and comes in load ratings A15 – F900.
Fibex™ T-Section Cable Troughs are available in a range of sizes from 450x450mm to 1000x1000mm. The T-Section has been specially designed to support vehicle load-rated covers when installed with our FRP lids and comes in load ratings A15 to F900.

Fibex™ offers a range of lifting handles for use with open mesh and solid top trough covers.
Fibex™ Recessed Square Washers are designed to secure Fibex Composites™ FRP Grating and prevent it from turning.
Fibex™ M Clips are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and come in sizes 25mm, 38mm or 50mm. Other sizes are available upon request.
Fibex™ Dome Washers are used to secure Grating and Flat Plates. Their smooth domed shape reduces the risk of trips and falls. Dome Washers are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel.
Fibex™ G Clips are secure fastening systems manufactured from 316 stainless steel. They are used to attach multiple panels of open mesh grating for maximum security and stability.
The Fibex™ J Clamp Assembly includes the J Clamp, M Clip (Hold Down Clip) and Fasteners. Often used to secure GRP Grating onto brackets, the Fibex Composites™ J Clamp Assembly is an ideal solution to use when bolts and screws are not permitted. Manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. Available in a range of sizes.
